Donna J. McCready
Donna J. McCready joined the firm in 2007. Her areas of practice include plaintiff's personal injury, and medical malpractice.
Donna is a graduate of Northeastern Law School and an honors graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut.
She clerked for the Honorable Judge John C. Eldridge on the Maryland Court of Appeals in 1990-91.
Prior to joining Friedman, Rubin & White, Donna was a partner with Ashburn & Mason in Anchorage, Alaska and
practiced in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and criminal defense. Before joining Ashburn &
Mason in 1997, Donna was an Assistant Public Advocate between 1994 and 1997 and an Assistant Public Defender
between 1992 and 1994 during which time she defended and tried numerous criminal cases throughout Alaska.
Donna is an experienced litigator and her civil trial practice has resulted in substantial verdicts and recoveries
for her clients.
Donna has served as President of the Alaska Academy of Trial Lawyers (2001-2003) and on the Board of Governors
for AAJ (2005-2006). |
