James A. Hertz
James A. Hertz joined Friedman Rubin & White in 2001. His prior experience includes 15 years of litigation
practice in a Midwestern firm where he focused on civil litigation, intellectual property, insurance and
personal injury law.
A native of South Dakota, Jim received his undergraduate degree from the University
of South Dakota in 1983. He attended the University of South Dakota School of Law and received his J.D.
degree in 1985.
Jim Hertz is licensed to practice law in Washington and
South Dakota. He is a member of American Association for
Justice, SDTLA and WSTLA. He is admitted to the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 8th
Circuit in St. Louis and the 9th Circuit in San Francisco. He has also been admitted
pro hac vice in
various courts across the United States. |
