Michael N. White
Michael N. White has a long and extensive background in many types of litigation. Mr. White was an assistant District
Attorney, District Attorney and District Court Judge. After leaving the bench and before joining Rick Friedman, Jeff
Rubin and Jeff Friedman to form Friedman, Rubin & White, Mr. White was a partner in the 200+ lawyer national firm of
Preston, Gates and Ellis.
Mr. White has obtained notable judgments and settlements on personal injury cases
and wrongful death cases in the $5,000,000-$10,000,000 range. His practice consists of a wide range of litigation
including personal injury, wrongful death, aviation disasters, Jones Act, medical malpractice and insurance bad faith
litigation.
A native of Massachusetts, Mr. White received his B.A. from University of California at Berkeley
in 1976 and his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 1979.
